Job Summary

Leading a child support case management team, the full-time salaried Senior Support Enforcement Specialist will manage complex cases, provide training to team members, and ensure compliance with child support obligations while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex child support cases, including obligations and health care coverage
• Train and orient team members on procedures for compliance and case management
• Engage with families to promote financial and family support, providing testimony in court as needed

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply child support enforcement laws and regulations
• Experience in case management and organizing client documentation for financial transactions
• Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents and providing court testimony
• Work experience in child support enforcement or collection of past due accounts
• Skill in using automated information systems and Microsoft Office applications
