Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Support Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes and Linux systems, this remote position focuses on providing customer support for Slinky, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to software development and system reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers in deploying and operating Slinky while debugging deployment and performance issues
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Slinky software and Kubernetes integrations to address customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure system reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support and systems software development, along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and experience troubleshooting production Kubernetes environments
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and file systems
- Experience in software development or automation using Go, C, or similar languages
- Familiarity with containers and GPU technologies
