Senior Sustainability Manager
Job Summary
Driving sustainability initiatives, the full-time Senior Sustainability Manager will develop and implement energy and sustainability programs in collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective service delivery in a remote capacity across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing sustainability programs in partnership with clients' sustainability teams
- Leading the implementation of energy reduction initiatives and monitoring performance against key objectives
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices throughout the real estate lifecycle
Required qualifications
- University degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields
- Certified Energy Manager designation from the Association of Energy Engineers
- Over 10 years of experience in sustainable operations or related fields
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems
- Proven project management experience with a focus on sustainability initiatives
