Senior System Analyst - Ohio
Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, the full-time Senior System Analyst - Ohio will analyze requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize business processes while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the HRMS environment, ensuring effective delivery of HR technology solutions
- Lead or participate in system implementations, enhancements, and integrations related to HR technology initiatives
- Develop and maintain complex reports and analytics to meet business requirements while monitoring data integrity across HRMS applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources or computer science
- Five or more years of relevant experience in HR technology or a related area
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including configuration and integrations
- Ability to analyze and document requirements for system enhancements and process improvements
- Experience in leading testing activities and developing test plans for system changes
