Senior Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support mission-critical communication systems, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage and administer AWS-hosted telecommunication infrastructure, including Amazon Connect, while working remotely and ensuring high availability and security.
Key responsibilities
- Administer cloud-native infrastructure and perform system administration tasks within AWS GovCloud
- Manage telephony workloads in AWS Connect, ensuring performance and compliance with security standards
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools to automate infrastructure provisioning and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 7+ years of experience administering Linux systems
- At least 3 years of AWS cloud infrastructure experience, preferably in GovCloud
- Deep understanding of Amazon Connect Customer operations and related integrations
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools like CloudWatch and CloudTrail
