Senior Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Logical Inventory team, the full-time Senior Systems Administrator will manage the administration and operational support of the Netcracker Resource Inventory application, focusing on application configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support the Netcracker Resource Inventory application, including configuration and operational functions
• Coordinate application changes, patches, and upgrades with stakeholders and vendors
• Triage production issues and ensure the integrity of the logical network inventory through SQL analysis and data validation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field, or six years of relevant experience
• Minimum of five years of experience with logical inventory systems, such as Netcracker or comparable platforms
• Proficiency in SQL with at least three years of experience analyzing complex datasets
• Experience in Linux environments and WebLogic Server administration
• Familiarity with Python scripting for automation and operational tooling
