Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Senior Systems Analyst with Epic Phoenix certification or relevant Transplant experience, who will manage system support for Transplant clinics, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and support transplant workflows, including evaluation, waitlist management, and post-transplant follow-up
• Provide second and third level support, mentoring less experienced staff in issue resolution
• Manage projects by distributing tasks, meeting milestones, and ensuring quality documentation of processes

Required qualifications

• Typically has 5+ years of experience with modern technology and application support
• 3+ years of experience supporting the Epic Phoenix application is strongly preferred
• Current Epic Phoenix certification or proficiency is strongly preferred
• Experience with other EMR systems or clinical environments is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
