Senior Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Systems Analyst will collaborate with the Commercial Lines team to translate business requests into IT functional requirements and support rate revisions through detailed analysis and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Create documentation and data flow diagrams for system design and enhancements
- Evaluate designs and participate in design review sessions to validate solutions
- Conduct detailed analysis on project impacts and participate in requirements reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a minimum of six years of relevant work experience in IT Systems
- A minimum of four years of experience in designing, developing, programming, and supporting IT Systems and applications
- Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as C#, XML, and Azure DevOps
- Experience with data archiving and retention needs
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and documentation standards
