Senior Systems Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance business continuity efforts, the full-time Senior Systems Consultant will develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems remotely, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective system automation.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the BCM tool suite, providing technical support to users
- Design and improve dashboards and reports to meet end-user requirements and automate business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes that align with business objectives and compliance goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in system development and support
- Previous system administrator experience with BCM planning tools is required
- Strong skills in BCM tool administration, configuration, and reporting
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts and experience in building custom reports
