Senior Systems Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance business continuity efforts, the full-time Senior Systems Consultant will develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Management (BCM) systems while providing technical support and optimizing workflows in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the BCM tool suite while providing user support
- Design and improve dashboards and reports to meet end-user requirements and automate business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes that align with business objectives and compliance goals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in system development and support
- Previous system administrator experience with BCM planning tools is required
- Strong skills in BCM tool administration, configuration, and reporting
- Understanding of object-oriented concepts and analytical thinking for custom report building
