Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Experienced in managing complex application cloud systems, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support) will provide operational support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure compliance with security policies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform high-level operational support and maintenance of application cloud systems
- Detect, isolate, and resolve system outages while documenting problems accurately
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies and maintain inventory of system assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, particularly in production environments
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud services
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
