Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will provide advanced remote IT support, serve as an escalation point for junior engineers, and mentor team members while maintaining consistent availability during West Coast business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote IT support and technical assistance across assigned client environments
- Serve as an escalation point for Junior Systems Engineers and Systems Engineers on complex technical issues
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies and troubleshoot networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity-related issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant IT experience in systems engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure support
- Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and identity and access management
- Experience supporting enterprise networking equipment such as firewalls and switches
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
