Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Content Products team, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will build and enhance content management systems, lead projects across multiple workstreams, and collaborate with various teams to improve authoring workflows and capabilities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver major projects end to end, taking accountability across the software development lifecycle
- Partner with content teams to map and improve authoring workflows, translating them into technical requirements
- Own the authoring platform, extending its capabilities and improving content organization and discoverability
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex systems in integrated enterprise environments
- Proven experience with custom author-facing tools and workflows in an enterprise headless CMS, preferably Contentstack
- Depth in front-end and back-end development, particularly with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong knowledge of large-scale content data analysis and efficient processing of large volumes of data
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing actionable feedback
