Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Sales and customers, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage technical relationships and design storage and data management architectures for various workloads in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off
• Design and validate solutions for workloads including file services, backup and archive, analytics, and AI/ML
• Build and maintain the technical toolkit, including reference architectures and solution briefs

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a software, storage, or technology company
• Proven experience leading complex pre-sales engagements with measurable results
• Strong grounding in enterprise storage, file systems, and unstructured data management
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and multi-cloud data management
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solution designs
