Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Providing systems engineering support for the Oracle Cloud EPM solution, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will engineer technical environments, design connectivity with federal health systems, and troubleshoot system-level issues while working remotely on government-furnished equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Engineer the technical environment for the EPM solution, including development, test, training, demonstration, and production environments
- Design connectivity between Oracle Cloud and federal source systems, including network paths, VPN, and secure file transfer
- Troubleshoot system-level performance, connectivity, and integration issues while maintaining technical architecture documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of systems engineering experience on enterprise IT programs
- Strong troubleshooting and environment-configuration skills
- Experience with identity federation and single sign-on (SAML) and CAC/PKI authentication
- Working knowledge of networking, secure file transfer, and cloud connectivity
