Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting customer engagements in the Southeast Region, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will manage technical relationships, design solutions for hybrid cloud storage, and collaborate with sales teams to address unstructured data needs remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the technical relationship on customer opportunities from discovery through architecture sign-off
- Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies for hybrid cloud solutions
- Design and validate solutions for various workloads, including file services, analytics, and cloud integration
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as Systems Engineer or Solutions Architect
- Proven experience leading complex pre-sales engagements with measurable results
- Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, file systems, and unstructured data management
- Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and multi-cloud data management
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective solution designs
