Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with application teams and stakeholders, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will provide advanced production support for the Student Information System while ensuring seamless integration and data exchange across various university platforms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced production support for the Student Information System (SIS) and related enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the SIS and maintain integrations with other institutional systems
- Analyze technical issues across multiple systems, identifying root causes and collaborating with various teams to deliver solutions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, systems, or integrations
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex production systems across multiple technology layers
- Strong experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with APIs, web services, and data integrations
