Senior Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Systems Engineer will translate product and stakeholder needs into clear, structured, and testable system requirements while collaborating with various teams to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical and system requirements while defining use cases and quality attributes
- Facilitate discussions and reviews across teams to resolve ambiguities and ensure requirements are understood and feasible
- Document and maintain requirements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring traceability and managing changes effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in systems engineering or a similar role, preferably in the medical industry
- Strong understanding of requirements management tools and methodologies
- Experience in facilitating cross-functional team discussions and resolving conflicting requirements
- Ability to assess the impact of changes on system requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams
