Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability, oversee technical execution, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Edifecs platform, ensuring compliance, scalability, and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while providing technical oversight and managing staffing
- Analyze and resolve issues related to EDI processing rules, mapping, and performance bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
