Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability and strategic alignment while managing staffing and technical oversight in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Edifecs platform, ensuring compliance and scalability while guiding architecture decisions and modernization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Edifecs processing rules and troubleshoot EDI transaction failures
- Oversee system configurations, release deployments, and performance tuning to maintain operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and job throughput optimization
- U.S. Citizenship required for this position
