Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability and compliance while managing staffing, driving roadmap execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Edifecs Platform Manager, overseeing application support and operational strategies
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts, focusing on cloud scalability and performance
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks in EDI processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
