Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability and compliance while managing technical oversight and collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Edifecs Platform Manager, ensuring operational stability and strategic alignment
- Provide technical oversight and manage staffing while driving roadmap execution and modernization efforts
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks while supporting release deployments and environment refreshes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
