Job Summary
Managing the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability, scalability, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Edifecs Platform Management, overseeing application support and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts, focusing on cloud scalability and performance strategies
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues and performance bottlenecks while supporting release deployments and environment refreshes
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
