Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability, scalability, and compliance while managing technical oversight and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Edifecs Platform Manager, overseeing application support and ensuring strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while managing system configurations and performance strategies
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to optimize Edifecs processing rules and troubleshoot integration issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and JIRA
