Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer will ensure operational stability, scalability, and compliance while managing technical oversight and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the Edifecs Platform Manager, overseeing application support and driving roadmap execution
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while configuring and maintaining relevant modules
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues and performance bottlenecks, supporting release deployments and environment refreshes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI Integration and Interface Management, including various secure channels
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
