Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Systems Engineer will develop, maintain, and support technical infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability and security.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with product and project teams to enable infrastructure support and design reviews
- Researches and analyzes business trends to identify opportunities for improvements and new initiatives
- Maintains and upgrades existing systems while driving root cause analysis for security incidents and service interruptions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure
- Experience in designing and supporting network infrastructure in large environments
- Working knowledge of supporting infrastructure systems, including electrical and wireless requirements
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex engineering work
