Senior Systems Engineer (C#/.Net)
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer (C#/.Net) will perform technical planning, software systems integration, and provide development support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct technical planning and detailed requirements definition for software systems
- Utilize full-stack development expertise to build and maintain .Net applications, ensuring performance and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to document software designs and implement Agile practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline with five or more years of experience in software development using .Net technologies
- Expertise in .Net framework and .Net Core, with strong proficiency in C# and MVC architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework for database design and development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools, along with experience in Agile development methodologies
