Job Summary
Leading a team of systems administrators and engineers, the full-time Senior Systems Engineer Team Lead will manage Windows-based environments for healthcare IT operations, ensuring high availability and security while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team, assigning tasks and tracking progress against deliverables
- Design and maintain Windows Server infrastructure and oversee enterprise services such as Active Directory and DNS
- Implement security standards and manage the enterprise backup strategy using Commvault
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in administering and engineering Windows Server environments
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing infrastructure projects
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, GPOs, and high-availability solutions
- Proficiency in virtualization platforms such as Microsoft Hyper-V and enterprise monitoring tools
