Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Systems Engineer - Voice will develop, maintain, and support the technical infrastructure for voice systems, focusing on Avaya technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational stability and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with product and project teams to enable infrastructure support and drive root cause analysis for security incidents
- Researches and designs optimal infrastructure solutions, ensuring systems are secure and up-to-date
- Participates in learning activities and keeps abreast of industry trends to enhance systems engineering practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Avaya systems, including call-flow design and management

- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Information Technology
