Senior Systems Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the development and integration of advanced test environments for spacecraft, the remote Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer will lead technical coordination across various engineering disciplines while focusing on systems integration and test engineering in a W-2 contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and integrate advanced test environments for spacecraft payload development and verification
- Lead technical coordination across system test hardware, FPGA/firmware, and software infrastructure teams
- Translate payload requirements into test capabilities, measurement approaches, and verification methods
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience or 6+ years with a Master's degree
- Experience with systems integration, verification, and complex test environments
- Strong skills in requirements analysis, interface definition, and technical problem-solving
