Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Systems Management Analyst will monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure and application systems, ensuring maximum availability and performance while developing automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor servers, applications, and network systems to ensure performance and stability
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and security patches to support compliance
- Develop scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code tools to automate system management tasks
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support across Linux or Windows environments
- 4+ years of hands-on Azure cloud experience, including resource management and cost/performance optimization
- 4+ years of experience configuring and managing monitoring tools and alerting workflows
- 4+ years of experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- 2+ years of experience leveraging enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance workflows
