Senior Systems Specialist
Job Summary
To support system configuration and integration efforts, the full-time Senior Systems Specialist will architect solutions, debug complex issues, and provide training to other specialists while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect system solutions for complex client requirements and debug system configuration issues
- Lead training and technical development of System Specialists and provide support as needed
- Analyze and configure client web sites, benefit plans, and data mapping for HRIS and payroll systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in system configuration
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with relational databases
- Ability to read and write advanced SQL
- Familiarity with web technologies relevant to system integration
