Senior Systems Support Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Support Engineer for the 3rd shift from 12am to 9am CST.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support network and storage environments including SAN, VPNs, firewalls, and virtualization platforms
- Implement and troubleshoot multi-site Linux/UNIX and Windows based application environments
- Maintain enterprise database systems and perform regular system administration tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of experience with enterprise virtualization technologies in production environments
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server database systems administration
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting server systems in WAN/LAN environments
- Working knowledge of IT standards, concepts, and best practices
