Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the People Operations team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various staffing needs, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding activities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing updates and guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Required qualifications:

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse ATS
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
