Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Summary
To support recruitment efforts across North America, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage a requisition load of 30-35 professional level positions, develop strategic recruiting plans, and provide guidance on OFCCP policies, with options for remote work or based in Beachwood, OH, Raleigh, NC, or Moon Township, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of professional level requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans tailored to specific hiring needs
- Consult with hiring managers on market trends and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional recruiting/staffing role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with OFCCP hiring policies and applicant tracking systems preferred
