Job Summary

Driving end-to-end talent acquisition for the Wealth Management business, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Lead will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, implement direct sourcing strategies, and serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Wealth Management organization, ensuring a seamless hiring experience
• Build and execute proactive direct sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and guidance on competitive hiring approaches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience in a large, complex financial services organization
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes and direct-source candidates
• Experience in a consultative recruiting model, advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
