Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

As a fully remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the successful candidate will deliver strategic recruitment support throughout the hiring process for the Services function, collaborating closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage talent using advanced techniques to attract both active and passive candidates while serving as a brand ambassador
• Screen and advise candidates on technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership potential, crafting compelling career narratives
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, managing end-to-end hiring processes and ensuring data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment or HR
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and complex offer management
• Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required
