Job Summary

Supporting recruitment marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will coordinate community partnerships, hiring events, and college recruiting activities while collaborating closely with recruiters and business leaders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and local stakeholders to enhance talent attraction efforts
• Coordinate logistics for community and hiring events, ensuring effective promotion and execution
• Create and manage recruiting materials and internal communications to support talent acquisition strategies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment marketing, or event coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience in planning hiring events and community partnerships
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience using social media platforms for promoting events and career opportunities
