Job Summary

To support the recruitment efforts of a growing team, the contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruitment process remotely, focusing on attracting top talent for R&D and G&A functions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs
• Attract, recruit, and engage top talent while managing substantial inbound application volume through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide creative solutions to adapt recruitment strategies to market conditions

Required qualifications

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in high-volume recruiting
• Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across various R&D and/or Sales functions
• Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS preferred
