Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will source and engage candidates, partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, and promote the employer brand while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process
• Deliver a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
• Experience specifically within the Manufacturing Specialty, including roles like Process Quality Engineers and EHS Leaders
