Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner working remotely, the successful candidate will deliver strategic recruitment support throughout the hiring process for the Services function, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and enhance candidate experiences that reflect the company's brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage talent using advanced techniques to attract both active and passive candidates, while serving as a brand ambassador
• Screen and advise on candidates' technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership potential, crafting compelling narratives to drive interest
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leveraging data to optimize hiring strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment or HR
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and complex offer management
• Bilingual fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required
