Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end recruitment for complex and leadership roles, the full-time remote Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will partner with executives to shape hiring strategies, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and deliver talent acquisition initiatives while serving as a subject matter expert for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executives to understand hiring needs and shape role requirements and selection decisions
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Senior Manager, Director, and other critical roles, including confidential searches
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for senior talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly for Senior Manager and Director roles in a technology environment
• Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and a strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment analytics
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
