Job Summary
Supporting full lifecycle recruiting in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, balancing hands-on recruiting with operational excellence while enhancing candidate experience and implementing innovative hiring strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute full lifecycle recruiting activities and develop thoughtful hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Source and engage candidates through various platforms, ensuring a responsive and inclusive candidate experience
- Apply AI and automation to improve recruiting operations, workflows, and overall hiring effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields within technology or fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations
- Demonstrated fluency in AI and experience creating AI-enabled workflows and automations
- Experience with recruiting analytics and automation platforms, particularly Ashby, is preferred
