Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee hiring across various functions and countries, ensuring effective communication with candidates and hiring managers while utilizing AI to enhance recruitment practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop search strategies
• Manage multiple recruitment searches, ensuring timely feedback and accountability from hiring managers
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles
• Proven ability to create clear selection criteria and practical search plans
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting data management
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bulgarian or Spanish is a plus
• Familiarity with international recruitment and technology roles is advantageous
