Job Summary

To deliver comprehensive recruitment support, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage a diverse portfolio of open positions in Software and Design Engineering, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and providing strategic advice to hiring managers, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leading complex offer negotiations
• Apply Lean principles to optimize recruitment processes and track key performance indicators for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge or experience
• 5 years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing complex offers
• 2 years of extensive experience in recruiting for Software Development and Design Engineering roles
