Job Summary
Partnering with hiring managers in the Information Technology department, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates, while developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with managers to determine personnel needs and create tailored Talent Acquisition strategies
- Source and screen candidates to build a diverse talent pipeline for critical roles
- Support the development and ongoing review of the organization's talent acquisition strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies and recruiting-related HR programs
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience leading expectations of high-level HR and business partners
