- Build sourcing playbooks and evaluate candidates for fit and capability
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and maintain accurate pipeline data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2-3 years in a senior role
- Strong full-cycle recruiting and employer branding experience
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers in complex organizations
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in technology or fitness
