Job Summary

To support a dynamic recruitment team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will implement proactive recruitment strategies, provide mentorship and training to team members, and manage full-cycle recruitment processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provides training and mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members, serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes and tools
• Identifies recruitment gaps and leverages cross-functional relationships to implement solutions and process improvements
• Manages relationships with leadership and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting performance goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience in recruiting
• Five years of direct recruitment or relevant work experience
• Experience managing professional and hard-to-recruit positions
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment technologies and resources
• Ability to support special projects and initiatives independently
