Job Summary
To support a growing recruiting team, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, DVM will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage the full recruitment cycle for Doctors of Veterinary Medicine in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive DVM talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking in the Veterinary Medicine field
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcing
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience sourcing passive candidates
- Familiarity with Boolean and LinkedIn searches
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Avature
- Previous recruiting experience in Veterinary Medicine or Healthcare is preferred
