Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, DVM
Job Summary
To support a growing veterinary organization, the full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, DVM will drive candidate pipelines for Doctors of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) by developing sourcing strategies, networking with professionals, and managing the full recruitment cycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive DVM talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future veterinary roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate sourcing
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years of experience actively sourcing passive candidates
- Familiarity with Boolean and LinkedIn searches
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature experience preferred)
- Previous recruiting experience in Veterinary Medicine or Healthcare is preferred
